Before Treatment
Your VI Peel Precision Plus treatment will begin with a consultation with one of our Medical Aestheticians. They will evaluate your skin concerns and create an individualized treatment plan to help you achieve your goals.
During Treatment
You’ll receive a deep cleanse, and your skin will be prepped for treatment. The chemical solution will be applied in several thin layers. During the treatment, you may feel a slight warming sensation. This usually subsides quickly, and the treatment is very tolerable.
After Treatment
The skin may appear slightly pink and feel tight immediately after the treatment. Any pigmented areas may appear darker within the first few days. Over the following week, you will notice brighter and healthier-looking skin. Extra precautions should be taken to limit sun exposure for at least two weeks after the peel.
Your Medical Aesthetician will provide you with an at-home skin care recommendation that best suits your skin type and needs. You will also receive a post-peel kit with detailed directions to follow after your treatment.
