Ingredients
- 32 oz. sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 medium red pepper (1 cup)
- 1 medium yellow pepper (1 cup)
- 1 medium green pepper (1 cup)
- 1 large onion (1 cup)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Cut steak into about 1-inch cubes.

Cut peppers and onion into 1- or 2-inch pieces.

Skewer meat and veggies, and put on the grill until charred or done.

Season with a little salt and pepper to taste.
