  • 1 scoop RM Vanilla Protein Powder*
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ cup strawberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1-2 tsp sugar-free cheesecake pudding mix

Instructions

 

  • Blend all the ingredients in a blender and enjoy!

Notes

Recipe Yields: 1 serving of fruit, 1 serving of fat, and ½ a serving of protein.
