Pumpkin Protein Bites – GLP Elite™

Ingredients

  

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups almond butter
  • ½ cup Walden Farms® Syrup
  • ½ cup pumpkin puree
  • ¾ cup almond flour
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • cup RM Thick & Creamy Vanilla Protein Powder*

Icing Ingredients

  • cup Lakanto Powdered Monk Fruit Sweetener
  • 1-2 Tbsp milk

Instructions

 

  • Mix together the almond butter, pumpkin puree, cinnamon, maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a bowl. 
  • Add in the almond flour and protein powder. Roll the dough into approximately 25 balls.
  • Line a plate with parchment paper and place the balls on it. 
  • In a small bowl, whisk together icing ingredients. Start with 1 Tbsp of milk and slowly add more to thin the icing. 
  • Drizzle the icing over the bites and place in the fridge for 1 hour. Store in the fridge.
