- 1 cup non-fat cottage cheese
- ½ cup egg whites
- 2 RM Vanilla Protein Shakes*
- 1 tsp Splenda®
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- Zero-calorie nonstick cooking spray
Instructions

Add the ingredients to a food processor and blend together.

Spray a griddle or pan with zero-calorie nonstick cooking spray.

Pour about ⅓ cup of batter and cook a few minutes on each side.
