Cottage Cheese Flatbread – GLP Elite™

Servings 1 person

Ingredients

  

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 egg whites
  • You favorite seasonings
  • Parchment paper

Instructions

 

  • Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  • Blend the above ingredients and pour onto a lined cookie sheet.
  • Bake at 350°F for 35-40 minutes.
  • Add your favorite fillings for the perfect sandwich wrap.

Notes

Recipe Yields: 4 servings of fats and about 1 serving of protein.
