Pumpkin Yogurt Bark – GLP Elite™

Ingredients
- 1 cup low-fat vanilla Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup pumpkin puree
- ¼ cup pumpkin seeds
- ¼ cup pecans
- 2 Tbsp Walden Farms® Maple Syrup
- ½ tsp cinnamon
Instructions

Mix together yogurt, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, and cinnamon until well combined.

Spread the mixture evenly onto a parchment-lined baking pan or cutting board.

Sprinkle the top with pecans and pumpkin seeds.

Place the pan in the freezer and let it freeze for 2-3 hours or until fully set.

Once frozen, break the yogurt bark into pieces and enjoy!
Notes
