Pumpkin Yogurt Bark – GLP Elite™

Ingredients

  

  • 1 cup low-fat vanilla Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup pumpkin puree
  • ¼ cup pumpkin seeds
  • ¼ cup pecans
  • 2 Tbsp Walden Farms® Maple Syrup
  • ½ tsp cinnamon

Instructions

 

  • Mix together yogurt, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, and cinnamon until well combined.
  • Spread the mixture evenly onto a parchment-lined baking pan or cutting board.
  • Sprinkle the top with pecans and pumpkin seeds.
  • Place the pan in the freezer and let it freeze for 2-3 hours or until fully set.
  • Once frozen, break the yogurt bark into pieces and enjoy!

Notes

Recipe Yields: 3 servings of protein, about 9 servings of fat, and 1/4 serving of complex carbs.
